SO he is back. Yeah it went by really fast for me, but we are all sure glad it did:) So this post is for all you single ladies out there, he is a great catch and ready and willing to be caught..ha.

February is gone already...sheesh

so i've been a real lame-o lately and have put my blog as a last priority. This month has been a really good one and i am peeved that my camera is broken. I'll just hit the highlights for you guys.
*Kimi, Dev,Les and Colt came over for dinner. fun right? yah except when the boys went to the sand dunes and devs truck broke...bummer
* Valentines day was a blast! Mike, Dallin and Quinn made a formal dinner for the wives(me tiff & ash) So fun and someday when Quinn gives me the pics i'll put them up
*Got our tax returns and paid off # credit cards!! Hell ya....
*Mike got the Van done and it looks awesome. I definately will put a pic up of that beast that sits in my drivewaY.
*some poor old lady ran into my car in the parking lot at work on thursday....this is both good and bad depending on what the insurance guy says. For now i will drive frans car around town with for sale on the back, which is saweet cause her car is way nicer than mine.
*the flu and colds are getting around and a few ladies at my office have been sick. Not to mention that I look in childrens mouths all day. therefore i have about the worst runny nose possible and a cough that sounds like i will cough all my organs out by the end of it.
So thats Feb. in a nut shell. sorry for having no pics but I had to post before I forgot the month

My New Favorite Book

So, my Father in law (being the awesome guy that he is) gave me an awesome gift last week. Well he actually gave it to mike but i had last week off of work so I took the liberty of breaking it in. It is now my favorite book and I would recommend it to all of you who are.....ok just all of you. It is loaded with knowledge about money. Something that I think many of us think we know enough about but really don't. Truly this man is a talented writer, as this could be a very boring book if written other ways. So Dave Ramsey is my new Hero and I am not ashamed to admit it! The basic motto of the book is "If you live like no one else now, then you will be able to live like no one else." It is very good basic common sense put to good use in a very intense and fun way. He shows many advantges you have with your income you make now if you use it correctly. So I challenge you guys to at least read it, and i bet you too will want a Total Money Makeover!

so today on this 26th day of january my fabulous sister had her 26th birthday. So I just wanted to tell her again (cause i'm sure she'll look) happy birthday, and also take just a sec to brag to everyone that i can honestly say i couldn't ask for a better big sister. She is truly supportive and genuinly caring. She might tell you whats on her mind but its always out of love. Love ya Jake

Silver Reef Hike

Saturday Mike and I went to Silver Reef to show The Blake's the old mine shafts. It was totally a fun afternoon and so beautiful! I can never get over how gorgeous a place I live, never a dull moment. We weren't able to get in, as you can see they are blocked out by re bar.... but I wouldn't put it past my engineering hubby to find another way. Anywho that'll be another day and another hike.

All I Want For Christmas Is A.......

So for anyone who cares this is my wish list this year....
I know they are all over but i really want some of these boots. They are too inviting and cozy looking.
Again they are all over, I guess I'm not original but i don't care, as long as I like it
Last but not least ( probably most) I want one of these. I just feel like it would come in handy and I really don't even care if i get an old garage sale one...

Snow Day

SO I really hate many things about snow, but last night we had a great snow in St George. Middle of the night (12:30ish) was so bright and the ground was fabulously white. Here are a few pics. Quinn and ash were at our house making yummy treats and such and we talked them into staying extra late to play in the snow, what awesome friends they are!
